Slurp® Return Policy

At Slurp® we do everything we can to make you and your dog happy.
Because our products fall under food and hygiene, slightly different return rules apply than for standard products.

Non-returnable:
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged packaging .
Once a product has been opened or used, the right of withdrawal expires.
Our products are sealed and fall into the category of supplementary animal feed .

Return Policy:

• Only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return.
• Return requests must be reported within 14 days of receipt via info@snaplabbv.com .
• Please state your order number and reason for return.
• After approval, you will receive the return address and instructions by email.

Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 5 business days via your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless we made a mistake in delivery.
